¿ no spit valve necessary ?

    Make sure the horn is empty before you start. If the horn starts to gurgle, point it down a little and keep going. Sometimes the gurgle comes from small amounts of spit that can collect in the mouthpiece when the trumpet is held straight out instead of pointed down a little.

    who would hear a gurgle in all of those quick notes? I didn't even catch a breath in there.
