Hello everyone, I was wodering what to buy trumpet related for $50 or less. Something that will last me a long time. I have searched and searched, but nothing yet on what to get. Meaning, my mind is unknown as to what to get.
    Any suggestions?
    Thanks

On a serious note, I'd get a nice mute from woodwind brasswind. If you don't already have a nice straight mute, you should look at a Tom Crown all copper straight mute. They are nice.

Trumpet stands and mutes are excellent choices. If you practice at all hours you can get a Faxx practice mute for $39 at Dillon's that's very similar to the highly rated $80 Best Brass practice mute. I have the Faxx and I'm very satisfied with its performance. I practiced from midnight until 1 am last night without any complaints. And at $39 you'll still have change left from your $50 for oil and slide grease.
