If anyone sees that KMI King Golden Flair on E-Bay. Being sold from Italy, beware. The E-Bay item # is 320615678392. Most of it is a King Golden Flair. Looks to need some serious cleaning.

The Top Valve stem/Finger buttons/ Top Valve Caps appear to be off a KMI King S2 Super-20 or King Symphony. The valves may or may not be the original Serial # Valves. The bottom Valve caps look to be off a older King Master Cornet or King Liberty Trumpet.

The KMI King S2 Super-20 and the later made KMI King Golden Flair Trumpet both had the same bore size of .458. Valves and some other parts may would interchange. Just differant cosmetic looks. Still if not using correct parts, valve alighnment could be off.

By the time the King KMI Golden Flair Trumpet came out. King was using the one point single slot Nylon Valve guides. My horn is a 600xxx series and has the Nylon Valve guides. The E-Bay one is a 700xxx series and showing the brass valve guides. Unless they could be ordered at that time as a option.

The Seller is not bashful about his selling price and shipping price. He may get to keep that one in Italy.
