    Hi, guys!

I'm trying to find this book but it seems impossible in Europe. I only found that it's available on a library in Australia.

Does anyone have it or know where to find it?

    Thank you!!

That reminds me, thanks. I have to go get a plunger before the next big band rehearsal. Been using my hand. Doesn't sound like a plunger (as the guy sitting next to me opined). I don't know why my hand wouldn't work though. Been using my hand as a plunger whenever my commode is clogged.
