Have not posted in ages, the reason simply is that i am enjoying playing and practicing so much and that in no small terms has been helped by you guys.

My range and endurance has improved, according to my children so has my musicality. I can pretty much play most of the stuff i enjoy.

Most importantly my approach has improved. I practice and some days its good some not so good, the difference is I now accept that and move on, instead of trying too hard I back off and try again another day.

I now have 1 trumpet (Olds Special) and 1 mouthpiece (Bach 1 1/2 B megatone) and 1 me (Old and willing).

Thanks again guys am sure there will be things in the future but for now I am having fun with what I have.

    Steve :play:

Glad to hear you can kick back and enjoy it.

low notes - high notes -- just play the notes and be happy ROFL -- I am there with you some days I have good practices, some days they aren't so good -- some days I have high range, and other days I don't. The attitude is ---- Play and Be Happy, and share that with others -- and that is all good --- even across the pond, or in the land down under ROFL ROFL
