Amazingly High Trumpet Players

    Walt Johnson does have good high chops though.

    Defiantly, what flavor do you think it was? That looks old so I am going to say double bubble.

    There is a reason why this is virtually never done and the reason is (or should be) quite obvious - there are literally only a handful of trumpet players on earth who can actually attempt this with any hope of getting it right. (I'd be willing to bet there are folks on this site who swear they could play this).
    They NY Philharmonic trumpet section were no slouches with the upper register either.
