Any tips on coping with mouth ulcers?

    I occasionally have those ulcers too, and especially with the oral surgery I went through.

    What we found very helpful was

    Liquid Chlorophyll. If you get Nature' Way products, they carry it as Chlorofresh.

    You can rinse your mouth with it and also soak some on cotton or a cotton swab and put it right on the sore. It has a very pleasant taste, a natural mint flavor.

    Try this it is very helpful.

    You can buy it over the counter here, perhaps you should take a day trip across the border, and stock up. :D

    Rinse with salt water to help knock them out. That works for me when I get them. Somtimes I apply a load of salt directly to the spot. Hurts like hell, but seems to help clear them up.

    Powdered Alum works too, but stings a bit.

    Make sure you sterilize your mouthpiece so you don't keep reinfecting yourself.
