Wynton used a Bach 238 bell.

Ron Pinc can do this for you. He is incredible.

Thanks for posting this. I too would like to get to bottom. Specifically, will you still be able to use your Schilke bell's on the horn after the conversion? I've heard that the first valve tube needs to be altered/changed to accomodate the Bach bell. Is this true?

I will also attest to Ron Pinc's skill. I play both Bb & C Laskey Bach's and his workmanship was superb.

The E3L comes with an "d" sized bell (note A is the largest bell - with exception of the "o").

If you wanted to open the sound, a "c" sized bell can be ordered with the horn. Keep in mind that Schike will only mount their own bells.

Does Ron have a web site? Can't find it!

    Thanks!
