I am currently a sophomore and I own the Arban studies and the Clarke studies as well....I have been working on them for about two years now and they really help with technique as well as range.

I second that emotion. Schlossberg worked wonders for my endurance and range in high school and is doing it again for me now. I also use Arban's and Clarke's. Lip slurs, arpeggios, and long tones are very effective.
