Now that I've started learning the 2nd one I'll post it soon anyways.

Thank you very much jiarby for your comments and I shall try and include them in the next etude.

I know I'm not great so all of these constructive points are very useful.

My internet is a bit slow in buffering stuff, but it sounds like you aren't connecting the notes in phrases.

Oh my goodness yes, I notice that now!

I'm slightly too fast on the first one and horribly slow on the second one! :-(

I'm glad someone's pointed that out, I didn't realise quite how slow I played it.

This has turned out to be quite a learning experience! :D So thank you everybody for your comments.
Lots of things for me to focus on in future.

It's getting a bit late here so I've put my trumpet to bed now  But here's my quick attempt at the cantabile section of the 9-10 'Concert Band' etude.

I hope it sounds better phrased than the first one.
Again, comments will be useful. Tell me if it isn't very good and what can be done to make it better.

Quick question, how is the rit. at the end supposed to be played, and how do I get a nice sounding low G at the end?
Low notes have never been good for me and it's about time I learnt to play them well. :-)
