Cellphones at a concert...

    That's great!

    I think some musicals I played recently had the solo cell phone part included. Part of the requirement for those is to sit right in front of the pit and ring youor phone at the softest point of the music, right before the trumpet has to enter. Sort of an "insert cell phone here" part, I think...

    If so, he has subbed for me on lead in the swing band, and covered the jazz book too.
