$ 8MM ain't bad for a boy from Oregon that flys all over the world doing what he has always wanted to do. While a lot of famous musicians have wasted their money, Chris keeps getting bigger and better. Thanks for the show Chris !

That's more than most of the rest of the trumpet players combined!

Peter, Thanks for showing him the source. Oh I knew about Herb Alpert for sure. Without even clicking on your link, I'm gonna guess $500MM plusssssss. He is a great businessman along with his partner Jerry Moss. They formed A & M Records and sold it later for $500MM ! Herb produced and introduced artists that other studios turned away. He was brilliant and has a great charity in LA now. But Chris gets his money mostly from performing. I love what Herb has done...and what he is doing now. But, If I taught Warren Buffet to play a few notes on the trumpet, would he be the richest trumpet player in America ? You get my point. Herb and Chris have done very well and no scandels that I know of. Great role models.

Actually, Justin Bieber is worth $85 million. Singin' bad songs pays a lot more than playin' good trumpet.
