I'm short of cash right now and can't afford to purchase these and other method books. The helping students thread has furnished me with an Arbans book, but can I find any of these exercises or other useful methods online? I would have no trouble printing them at school.

Thanks in advance. Any useful material for building range/tone/endurance/flexibility/dexterity would be great also.

Clit "Pops" McLaughlin has a web sight with nooks and crannies full of tips and instruction. He has manuals, I'll call them, mostly lecture and theory available at affordable prices.

    trumpetcollege.com

    bbtrumpet.com

    stay alert on eBay, too.
    have fun

Pat Harbison's technical studies are fantastic - kind of like Clark for jazz, but can benefit any type of player. You can get the book from his website for about $10- very reasonable!

Other than Arban's, I'm not sure if any of the other "popular" trumpet study books are public domain yet. If you find any on the internet that are .pdf files they're likely bootleg copies.
