I have recently come accross my dads Cleveland trumpet.
According to the web site the serial # C-30001 would have been made between 1935 & 1940. It is Silver with Gold or Brass on the inside of the horn. It may be a Toreador but not sure. Has a plush lined case.

Any help on info would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks, R

Cleveland, American Standard, Gladiator, and Tempo Band Instruments. Here is a lot of information from the HN White site, plus a lot more you can search for there.

Welcome to the forum! You might want to go to Horn-u-copia to the HN White section an see if you can find info on yours.

Pics can be submitted here from a site like Flickr, Photobucket, etc.
That would help us ID it. Martin made a Troubador that was a "pea Shooter" type.

According to the Cleveland web site.
    It was made between 1935 - 1939

It looks a lot like the Toreador Trumpet.
The make a version silver with gold horn.
The blue plush case was an extra.

The engraving looks very similar because there are no round edges in the banner art. All banner edges are 90 degrees no curves.

    Wonder the value?

I looked on HUC gallery and your horn looks something like the c.Bb.A model with the front slide cofiguration. Does yours have any extra slides? It is id 7498 in the Cleveland trumpet gallery
