    Sorry Bob,
I forgot that information. This is a cut and paste from an e-mail which I received from Yamaha:
    Event Schedule

Each of the three events will follow the same basic schedule:

11am-1pm - Open instrument testing in the 11th floor Yamaha Showroom. Renowned technicians Tomoji Hirakata and Wayne Tanabe will be available to discuss Yamaha instruments and available options. A full range of instruments will be available for testing and local dealers will be available to assist with any purchase questions. All clinics and performances take place in the Piano Salon on the 3rd floor.

    1pm - First Clinic
    2pm - Second Clinic
3pm - Combined Performance by the featured artists

    All events take place at:

    Yamaha Artist Services Inc.

I've been to their events twice previously and its a great time. They had their artist series horns on display (Bb and C) NY and Chicago series for play testing.

Best to get there early if you plan on play testing before too many people arrive and you can't hear anything because you hear everything!
