Hi TM'ers. I have my solo and ensemble festival coming up on the 18th of February. I want to post a recording of me playing my solo on here and get some comments. I have just the basic laptop mic that makes my tone sound kinda fuzzy but you will get the idea. So, do you want to hear me? or no? Depending on the results, I might post it. I will look at the results on Friday and possibly record on Saturday.

    Thanks,
    Cody

I WILL NOT BE RECORDING MY ACTUAL SOLO WHEN I PREFORM IT, I WILL JUST BE RECORDING A SIMPLE VERSION WITH NO PIANO IN MY BEDROOM/RECORDING STUDIO.

Good. Forgot to mention, I will be playing this piece: &#9835 Free sheet music : Goedicke, Alexander - Concert Etude (Trumpet solo)

It is a safe download, I have done it a few times. Dont worry about that. It is Concert Etude by Alexander Goedicke.

I meant it to be a secret poll so nobody knew who said what, but I hope this works. I dont see the edit button for the poll. -Sorry

Whoa whoa whoa...wait a minute. Are you going to record your actual performance at S&E? Or are you going to record your playing before you go to S&E? You're wording is throwing me off a bit....maybe I read it wrong.

I might post it. I will look at the results on Friday and possibly record on Saturday.

The 18th is a Saturday....but you'll look at your results on Friday (the day before)??? Help me understand!

To answer your question though: Yes. Let's hear you! What doesn't hurt you makes you stronger right?

I will record myself this Saturday, 1 week before my grading. Sorry about that, I will fix it.
