    As I said, try empathy. I know if I was facing my own mortality that attending to every order on the docket would not be urgent any more.

    Patience - The bearing of provocation, annoyance, misfortune, pain, etc., without complaint. An ability or willingness to suppress annoyance when confronted with unreasonable delay.

    Empathy - intellectual identification with or vicarious experiencing of the feelings, thoughts, or attitudes of another person.

    Just so we are all on the same page.

    It is much easier for us as humans to employ the above when we operate from a position of knowledge...

    He has been in Arizona helping his Mother...plus there has been a delay in some of the materials that he uses for finishing (lacquer).

    He stated his health situation is much improved...and we are glad to hear that!
