I had a rough day with lots of playing and marching band Friday, so I took off Saturday and when I got back into things today I had an ongoing double buzz problem that I don't usually have throughout the day. It comes up every now and then but today it was bad.

Does anyone know why this would have happened or if it means anything? Something to worry about?

Sounds like you beat your chops up,might take a day or two to recover.
You said this has happened a few times, just look at what you have done in the past when this happened and see if you see a pattern.
You will most likely find the answer there.
    Good Luck.
