I have been experiencing double buzzes lately. It happens on the middle C after I take a short break while practicing. What is causing this to happen and how can I stop this?

Most common cause is pushing the lips too hard together--opening the mouth a tad (by lowering the jaw) sometimes helps.

I've experienced this when my chops are played. Lip buzzing between face time has helped a lot...oh, and not trying to play for an hour without a break helps too. ;-)
