I was forced a few months back to switch to morning practice as I took on a new job which has me working nights. In my experience, it's a bitch in the fist few weeks, but once your body gets used to practicing that time. It will get easier. I also make sure I drink lots of water early, and that I wake up for at least an hour first. No matter how you train yourself, if you go right from waking up to putting the horn to your face you are going to have issues. Might work for some people, but I haven't had much luck. anyways, good luck.
