This is one of the best books that I have ever read. It’s concise, precise, easy reading and lively. Excellent job on this one Roddy.

If you’re a comeback player, this is the book for you.

I too have studied Roddys books, and cannot praise them highly enough. The books deal in depth with all the aspects of playing listed in the above post - and deal with them in language that is easily understandable, and with humour.

Have you ever wished that you could play those megga high notes with total ease and control?.........then buy the books.

Anyone living in the UK - buy the books, then get yourself off to see Roddy and have a three hour lesson - no question at all, its a must for any brass player wishing to improve.

Guess what I have bought my girlfriend for Christmas..................yes a thee hour lesson with one of the few people that have mastered that piece of plumbing we call a trumpet :)
