I guess it depends on what you are used to and what level you play at. I know I wouldn't be very happy about a 2 hour rehearsal before a concert. One hour should be more than enough...and there should be at least two hours "in between" as well. But that's me at my level of playing. As they say, "Don't leave your "A" game on the practice field!" As they also say, "If you don't know it by now, it's too late"
it sounds like a middle school/low level hs performance to me, and on that level most schools do long rehersal scheduals before performances, so yeah its tough but it makes you tougher
no, I was not at the concert, I was simply saying that I know most of those songs and they are level 3 4 maybe a 5, maybe. given that I was not trying to be insulting when I said "low level" that simply means not pro stuff, still hard maybe, but not hardest. I was not being insulting I was simply saying that long rehersal scheduals before those types of shows are a commen thing and nothing out of the ordinary
