    That means you're getting close. Just hold the mouth corners firm as the proverbial bull's rear end with loose inner lips and blow like hell.

    The trick has been described as "a Ferrari that does really run right until you're movin' at about 190 mph". In other words it blows G's above Double C easier than a High C.

    Or a race car that won't hold an idle in city traffic...

    While I have in the past played a decent DHC and higher with several mpcs on a regular Bb trumpet, including Assymetric and Parduba, and not sayin' I can or even will try presently, I now stop to ask myself why bother when if those notes are present, and in very little music they are, why not play them now with my Schilke P5-4 piccolo trumpet, which only last week I again began to practice in my recovery.
