I've made a video of myself practicing (tonguing) my Clarke exercises. When I view it, I see that at moments, the muscles surrounding my lips are all in motion. This is not right, I know. Anyone have any advice as to getting rid of the motion, other than lots of practice with a focus on holding the muscles still? Thanks.

I wouldn't worry too much unless your movement disrupts your sound. I too was taught to make as little movement as possible or you were WRONG!!!!! ROFL Allen is one of the premier players in the world and you should watch some of his master class videos. Great stuff.
