I have had the honor of playing in a section with Gary for 5 years and as of yesterday it came to an end. We have not always agreed but that is what has made it such a learning experience. I have learned so much and hopefully have even taught you a few things. Thanks for introducing me to Leigh and Eclipse trumpets. It has made me a better player and person having known you. Good luck with your next gig in Georgia.

Thanx for the kind words, Mike!

True, we haven't always agreed. Who cares? :D
Thanx for the memories, and I'll always remember my wartime wingman. Keep 'raising the bar' on your playing, be honest with yourself and the section, and above all - L I S T E N.

Take care man, and keep on throwin down with that rich silky Mike Daly sound - a wonderful foundation & backbone for any section!

    Gary,

My offer of a fine seafood dinner still stands when you get to Ft. Gordon!

    Travel safely . . . and here's an early "Welcome to Jaw-Jah!

    Warmest regards,

    Tom Turner
