I think the successful trumpet players make enough money to afford three meals a day plus donuts at the gig. That is why they get larger with age.
It is probably difficult to get into an exercise routine with professional musician as an occupation.
I'm gunna spoil the hypothesis - I'm overweight and can't play high to save my life.
Hmmm perhaps I could lose some weight and that may save me.
I was joking too ... I wonder if I put myself on a diet, shall I lose my high E while losing weight ?

I mean it only makes sense, since they're bigger they can get more air support.
But that you can't use that as an excuse,anyone can play as high as them, it just matters how hard you work.
I was just thinking that it's kind of ironic how Solar Bell has Reagan's quote "Don't be afraid to see what you see" when you consider this thread.
Anyway, I think I'm just going to say that it's a coincidence until I see something (or someone for that matter) that really opens my eyes as well as ears.
You need then an opthomologist and an audiologist, I suppose?
yeah and maybe even lipectomologist to transfer some of the fat to me
