Are you interested in trading for a 1950s Couesnon Monopole Star Flugelhorn Made in France SN: 39661 #10 on lead pipe. Refinished and in perfect condition. You can email me at [email protected]
how much is it?
I think you're referring to the Couesnon Flugelhorn that I was interested in trading for a Martin Committee? The Committees generally go from approximately $1800. to 2K. I would have to be around that ballpark to make it worthwhile because I would have to reinvest the money I get for the Couesnon in a Martin....... You can make me an offer for consideration. Thanks for your interest.

I'm sorry, but this is completely wrong, a Martin Committee "Medium Bore # 2 .451" it is not so rare, it costs between U $ D 1800 up to U $ D4.500 on Ebay! much depends on the year of construction and general state of conservation of the trumpet!
Now !! Martin Committee Delux # 3 Extra Large Bore .468 !!, is simply the high grail of trumpets, it is actually quite rare, can be found to cost between U $ D 3,870 up to U $ D 7,500!
Please if there is a Martin Committee Extra Large Bore sale by U $ D 2,000, let me know so I can buy a couple of them!
This announcement I made here I am selling a Martin Committee Delux # 3 Extra Large bore 0468 on ebay auction starting from U $ D 4,500! This trumpet is only one or two years older than his own trumpet used by Chet Baker! This means Diser he is as good as the Chet Baker himself, Believe! http://www.tennants.co.uk/Catalogue/Lots/106932.aspx
Well perhaps if you would have posted your asking price, or at least a link to your eBay auction, then there wouldn't have been any questions.
Thank you and sorry for my careless!! http://www.ebay.com/itm/252275655935?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1586.l2649
Sorry, I do not understand?
The poster is was wanting to know what happened. I think that when that was posted, your eBay item said "auction ended," or "not available," or something similar. I see it is back now.
