Weird as it is, I find that I forget to blink when playing especially when sight reading. Living in a desert+using a computer this actually turns into a problem. Has anyone else had a conundrum like that? For a while I thought it might be pressure, but no dry eyes.

My optometrsit told me I had a 3-9 dryness problem. That stands for eye dryness at the 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock positions due to partial blinking, not uncommon for people who use computers a lot. Try to take your time to blink (I know, that sounds really goofy).

Blinking is not a concious action. It is automatic. I would not spend much time thinking about it.

Have you had your eye sight tested?
