Found Exra Goodies In The Case!

    Here's the trumpet... Thrift Store - Craigslist find.
    I just got it back from the tech that gave it a cleaning and took out a couple dents... He soldered on a saddle and put on some wonky looking round dot on the stop rod. Saddle is incorrect part (should be the U-Shaped one). This one looks like it is off a much older Bach.

    hi, sorry if you've already answered this, but did you sell the octavoice and pickup? I actually have a Vox trumpet that the Octavoice was originally made for. I bought the horn back in 1971 when Vox was phasing out the line of amplified brass and woodwinds and I'd love to complete the set. as a side note, one difference I noticed is the mouthpiece you have was retrofitted to take the pickup but the horn I have has the connector on the bell.
