    - Divide your practice time into several sessions a day.

    - Always stop and rest before you get tired in the chops (or in the mind)

    - After doing all the basics that needs to be done, practice MORE on the things that you can not do. (This is a mental thing. We have a natural tendency to "practice" stuff we already can play just because it makes us feel good...this is not throughly practice though!)

    - Think: not loud but BIG. (try to keep the spine as long as possible/ stand as tall as possible)

    - Think: OK, it IS hard but I AM GOING to make it! (Let it take the time it must)

    - Compete with your self.

    - Have FUN!
