I can play really well in the upper register its just that my tone is inconsistant. Sometimes its full and other times it sounds thin, any tips on how to get full sound all the time up there?

    Excess facial Tension,
    Excess lip compression,
    Excess lip curl,
    Excess mouthpiece pressure,
    all hinder a full tone.

By excess I mean 5% more than you need for the note.
    Really 5% makes a noticeable difference.G
Getting a good sound up high is all about learning how to use less of each of these so the the lips vibrate better.
