    If you are going to buy a Monette trumpet don't you want to have it made for you? I thought all Monettes were custom designed for the player. Would this trumpet be suited for another player besides the original owner. Does Monette make each trumpet CUSTOM? for each "client"? What is the deal? How much $bling$ would one of these go for new?

    i wonder if i would have the physical ability to lift this horn and play it.
    it looks good but it looks like it must weigh a ton.
    and don't even ask about the bore size.
    i think you must be very strong to play one of these on a long jazz gig.

    where i live it goes for a lot less than 7K
    although the ones with all their teeth want a tip 8)
