    Yee HAW!
Well, since I just won that DVD from the Brass UK website I should be enjoying it in a week or three! (Just hope that a "code 0" plays on a "Code 1" DVD player or I'll be watching throught the computer screen! Glad to hear it's a keeper though.

oh no! I had it in my hands the other day in HMV. I was seriously considering it. But since I am a fiourth year student and ALLLLLL my money is dried up, it was that or eating for two weeks.

I'll have to get it some day!

    Don't get this DVD!
    It will depress you!

Those guys are amazing, it all sounds (and looks) so easy.
One of the finest DVDs I have in my collection (which is about 300 strong) and it is often in the player.
Whenever I am feeling really good about my playing I put this in as a reality check - when it sounds like that I will be happy

It certainly is a stunning recording. I wouldn't have given it away as a prize on Brass-Forum.co.uk if it wasn't. Your a lucky guy Tootsall - as you will soon see when it arrives!!!!

You think the DVD is good, try hearing them live someday. Recordings
don't do the full sonic effect justice!!! Me and my quintet were
lucky enough to hear them quite up close while they were rehearsing
at UGA in 2001. The sound just sends shivers up and down the spine.

Dragging this one back to the top. The DVD arrived today! All I can say is "HOLY (expletive deleted)!" If you are a student or performer of a brass instrument then you MUSt beg/borrow/steal a copy of this. If you have 5:1 surround sound on your TV, so much the better.

Superb playing in a fantastic environment.
