    GO BLUE!!!

Yeah, #4 U of M won, but they gave up 411 yards to a MAC team.
I think that #4 rating won't last long. Especially with the Irish up next week!

On the happy side....Oklahoma loses early!

    How did you do?

    I hear ya Kevin

They got it handed to them again.
EVERY year U of M does this. Either loses a non-conference game they should easily win, like today, or lose to a push over Big Ten team.
    EVERY YEAR!!!!

So now the Big Ten loses with Michigan getting beat, Ohio State gives one to Texas and Iowa loses to Iowa State.
I guess it's another down year for the big ten.

    GO TROJANS!!!!

But on the good side, Roy Lawler said he shipped my trumpet today!!

Believe me when I say us Aggies aren't happy with OSU for dropping that one in the 4th. Take out that snot Vince Young and it's a different story.

As for Iowa State....there's just not a lot that can be said. Maybe a wow...

Tomorrow I will be reminded again why I have adopted an NFL team with a 6th round draft choice for QB. How 'bout you Chuck?

Oh gee....THANKS everyone for bringing up memories of THIS painful weekend. My beloved Buckeyes had the game in hand until they decided to let ZWICK run the offense in the 4th quarter. Instead of a sure field goal, they lose yardage and force a new kicker to try and nail down a 50 yearder.

I'm still trying to recover from that game. We had it all locked up, a number 2 ranking and the high road to the Rose well in hand; and then "poof"...it was all over.

Even the late touchdown by Texas didn't have me worried. What had me worried was that Tressel might decide to throw Zwick out there instead of Smith....

And he did. Damnit. The moment he started scrambling I knew he was going to cough it up.

What a waste of a great defensive showing. In one week the big 10 turned into the little 11. I wish Tressel would learn to follow his OWN admonition and stick with ONE QB for an entire game and live with it. I have no doubts that if they had gone with Smith from the onset I would be celebrating today. (yeah, he gave up the late safety, but it was moot by then -- and what do you do when you're on the 1/2 yard line in your own end zone and nowhere to run desperately needing a 99 yard play?)

    Still beholden to the tylenol....Z
