Sibelius and Finale are two of the big ones

MuseScore is a good free option

Between Sibelius and Finale, I would recommend Sibelius. It seems a little more user friendly.

+1 that's how I originally got sibelius (the cheap student version is very reasonable)

A friend of mine uses Finale - he's long been an arranger and Mac user, so if I had to get a program like that, I'd get Finale simply because he uses it.
