The jerk recipe is taking a test drive today as a matter of fact. The burgers will be charred on the grill. I will be sure to let you know, but I have a feeling they are going to be yum, yum, yummy! ;-)

I left my case in the trunk once while I played a St Paddy's Day parade. I thought the trunk was locked, but it hadn't quite caught. Of course, when I returned, no case. There were also several mouthpieces and a couple of mutes in the case.

Three days later, a music store in my town called and said someone had turned in a trumpet case to them with my name on it--claimed they had "found it." I went down and sure enough, it was mine, and every thing was still in it. But who ever stole it had pried one of the latches off even though the case wasn't even locked. I got a new case that was a lot lighter and I also make sure the trunk is locked when I leave something in it.
