    Thanks, Toots.

Have you ever seen the book "Mahler"? It's a huge book with letters and life records of his (birth certificates, travel parephernalia, photos). It has a photo on the cover of the famous bust of him by Rodin. Big, thick book filled with information.

Thank you Toots! I am a Mahler fanatic and have read every book associated with him (as they get translated into English :-) ). I would love to get my hands on this.

Manny - that book you mentioned is incredible. It is the only one I do not own yet however. When I see a copy that is not shrinkwrapped on the shelves of Barnes and Noble, I always take it down (with two hands, the thing is HUGE!) and peel through its pages. Wonderfully put-together.

Have any of you read Mahler, A Life in Crisis? I have been reading this one the past few weeks.
