Harrelson Trumpets - Customer Service

    I emailed Paul at Harrelson Trumpets about an issue with a custom top cap that is about 8 months old. He immediately mailed a set of three new caps for me to try and find one that solved the problem. The caps arrived 3 days later, and now the problem is fixed.

    A big "Thank You" to Paul and everyone at Harrelson for such outstanding customer care!

    +1 for you.

    People tend to forget to make a post when they get really good service. We usually only get feedback when there's something negative to say.

    I ordered the wrong top caps once (my fault, bought w/o doing my homework), Paul & Jason were great about it. Good comms, good products, & they make sure you're happy. Consider this post a '+1' on their great customer service.

    I too have had great service - sometimes they get a little busy, and occasionally the office falls apart, and sometimes Jason just has to play trumpet (can't work that one out) - but Harrelsons et al (Jason, Jen, Paul, and the rest of the team) sure do nice work.
