Oooooh, oooh I'm first!!!! Have him give back all of his money that contains the word GOD on it. -cw-
Great, just flipping dandy... I love legal precedent. It's the act of following one bad decision with another kind of like musical traditions. "But 'under G-d' was added later, it wasn't original!" Yeah, well neither was the 14th ammendment to the constitution but I think it was a rather nice addition, don't you? "But we have to separate church and state!" No we don't. We just can't have government saying "Islam is now the official religion of the United States" or some such thing. Otherwise, no more "in G-d we trust", no more daily invocation before the Senate meets, and no more chaplains in prisons or VA hospitals. Ah, the legacy of Jimmy Carter... the gift that keeps on giving. Oh, yeah... wasn't he a deacon? You think he got as much grief about his religiosity as Bush (who is not a deacon) received. ML
