Wondering if I have a leak, in lower range particularly 3rd valve the sound gets airy and feel that I loose some fullness and resonence to the sound. Don't see any visable pinholes, compression on the part that is removed for water is good but doesn't seem to be on the whole slide. Anything else I should look for?

Can it be that your 3rd valve slide has a faulty cork on the water key?

Remove first slide, push the valves down, cover the correct hole where the slide was removed, and blow in the mouthpiece. It shouldn't leak any more with the third valve down than up. Also compare to known good horn.
