16 in real years, 7 in trumpet years
16 (almost 17) in real years, 6 in trumpet years!
How old are you?
Soon be 56 years young. My last name is YOUNG So I can never be old. Any how I have waited 35 years to try to make a come back. Let me tell you it is not easy. Going to give it another year and see if I can at least play church hymnals with a good sound and control. Some days not to sure. A lot to relearn and older body to do it with. Believe it or not. I am soon to start walking and light jogging and moderate weight lifting. It takes good air and musle tone to handle these little brass monsters. I am playing cornets. To you young players you only go around once. If you truly love it. Pratice hard and do not quit. Good luck.
19 years old.
10 trumpet years.
And I've known you for 6 of those trumpet years...
