iPad Sheet Music

    I see there are MusicNotes Apps for the iPad, I wonder if there are any "Real Book" type apps for the iPad, that are any good.

    Oh my word, yes! Get 'iRealb' now!! Once you DL it, go to the forum and get the base library, 1,200 charts. You can edit, transpose, set tempo, pick the style of the rhythm section(if you get the upgrade). Once you get a chart set how you like it, you can even import it to your iTunes as a wav! It is hands down the best app ever for jazz.

    and forgot (since your original post said 'sheet music') you can email, text or print PDFs of the charts!

    iRealb does seem pretty cool. It doesn't appear to do melodies though.

    Melodies entail copyright.
    I put my real book on the stand, plug my iPad into my silent brass system and jam all night. Yay for iReal b.
