    You forgot...

    Whatever Trumpet A you just got was a good deal, and congrats.........Trumpet A is inferior to any other trumpet Bb because of X, Y and Z, unless it is an Olds Super Recording.

    Trumpet Bb, a sub set of Trumpet B, is my preference - they don't come up very often - a bit like Group O+ Blood (which also my oxygenation fluid of choice).

    Just made a trip through the wonderful world of student grade horns for one of my grand-daughters. Couldn't get my first or second choice( kept getting outbid, dang E-Bay). finally won choice number three:roll::dontknow::oops::cool:

    It was one of the many deeply-held convictions flying around out there. I understand it's a controversial one, which isn't much help to the inexperienced shopper. The trumpet forums are pretty muddy waters on the subject of Which Trumpet to Buy.

    Where? Not sure exactly, but I saw it more than one place (possibly by the same poster.)
