    Hey Folks,

Be sure to keep checking the schedule online at ITG - 2007. The Conference Program should be online soon as well with all the bios, schedules, programs, etc.

We've added a few new events and things are coming together for this to be a Great Conference! I'm looking forward to meeting lots of you in just a few weeks!

Please let me know if you have any questions regarding the conference!

The German Brass concert is no longer on the schedule. What happened with that?

What is the earliest time we can pick up our registration materials on Tuesday?
If the opening concert is at 7:00 I would think two or three hours before.

In what building is the conference held?
I found the campus map on the web site.

Were we supposed to receive information in the mail?

I thought I was going to sub for Doc ;) Lol.

even with the changes (these events are always subject to change) it's quite a lineup. I just wish I could have been part of it :(

The German Brass backed out a few months ago. See Eric's letter (Host's letter under news) on the website for more information about that. I'm not sure exactly what time registration tables will be open Tuesday sometime in the afternoon is a good bet. The conference is being held in the Campus Center with some events taking place in the Student Union and evening concerts in the Fine Arts Center Auditorium. I don't know about information in the mail but if you have questions about registration direct them to Conference Services (their email/phone number is on ITG-2007 site.)

    hope I've answered your questions!

Is there going to be anything at 3:30 on Friday? It still says "TBA".

Walter Chesnut tribute. He was the UMass trumpet professor for a long time before Eric Berlin took over the job. Walter Chesnut passed away recently.
