Anyone know anything about K.Allmen trumpets? I've heard that Allmen had worked at the Bronx Bach factory and that he made his own horns, but other than that, I haven't heard anything.':dontknow:' Any help would be appreciated.';-)'

I have one and I like the way it plays. it seems to play in tune pretty well and the sound is about half way between my Benge and the Mt. Vernon I used to own. of course it would sound different with different people playing it but for me it has a warm rich sound. it seems to be very well made and a repairman friend of mine said who ever made it, did it right. old geezer Dave

    Thanks, man!

Yeah, I've got one too, and I love the way how the horn plays--real easy. And the sound... Wow! The usual notes are slightly out of tune for me with the Allmen, but it's not an effort to get it to play in tune as my old 1975 Bach 43LR was.
