La Cage aux Folles -- Wilmer!?

    Hey, Wilmer or anyone else who might know: if I was to go in and sub for the 2nd trumpet part for La Cage aux Folles (sightreading the show), what would I be in for? I've never seen or heard the show before.

    Are you going to play it in NY? If so why not call or email Jeff Kievit. He plays lead over there. He can give you an idea. Earl Gardner also plays there.

    I wish! :D It's a (good) community theatre in Toronto.

    It's a Jerry Herman show, it is a blow. The present NY section is a powerhouse group of players. Endurance is the name of the game.
    This is a fun one to play.
