Lips are burning. Now cracked and dry.

    I don't actually use any kind of lip balm while I'm playing. I use it after I play or anytime my lips feel dry between sessions.

    I also highly endorse Blistex. You can FEEL it working, and your lips will feel like menthol.... Icy and refreshing.

    Like you I'm a fan of Blistex because I only have to use a little to know/feel it's working.

    However, there are LOTS of guys I know who can't stand it for the exact same reason.

    Different strokes...

    I like the Chop Saver. It's just hard to find except at the music store.
