Wowee. I read someone's positive review of it here, ordered a tin of it for myself, and holy cow. It is a little miracle in a can. I cleaned my Bach today, and noticed the patina progressing to a brownish orange haze. I dig the antiqued look, but I didn't like the fingerprints and other blemishes that made it look as if it were just dirty. With not a whole lot of elbow grease, the Maas took all of the discoloration off of the brass and brought out an incredible shine. The horn looks like it's been relacquered, it it so shiny! I will post a pic in a few minutes.

I found it on Amazon. You might be able to find it in your local hardware shop or Home Depot, though. The best part was that it didn't require much buffing or effort to get it clean. Amazing stuff! I applied it and buffed it off with a couple of microfiber cloths.

I've had good luck with Mothers Metal Polish, which can be picked up in the auto section of W-mart.

Mother's makes some great products. I've been using their automotive cleaners and waxes for years!

Nice. How did you remove the lacquer?
