    You know, Ed Lee's got some good ideas here - cop shoes. Gall's Police Supply has every kind of cop/EMT/fireman shoe you can imagine, including ones that look super good but are meant to be walked around in for hours on end. And they state where the shoes boots etc are made too.

    After talking with Gateway shoes, I'm going with them. They are made right here in the USA.

    I go with USA made goods as much as possible.

    My high school marching band uses Drillmasters, and they are pretty comfortable.
