    Let's make some deals...

Used horns for sale, pictured in the order they are listed. More pics available for all of these horns, pm me for more info
I'll consider best offers on everything.

#1. 1959 Martin Committee Deluxe #2 Bore - SN 207xxx, 1959 Martin Committee Deluxe. What can I say? Here it is, the real deal. It isn't the prettiest cosmetically but it is the real deal. Valves and slides are great, no rot, no leaks, no patches, cleaned and ready to play. It has lacquer loss, evidence of dent removal and some soldering, but it's solid and ready to play. Comes with the original case (slightly musty, left latch doesn't spring anymore, replacement handle) and original mouthpiece and lyre. More pics available and a video available. $2350

#2. Carol Brass CTR-1110L-GST-L - $815 This horn is from Carol Brass's Custom Line. Top of the line horns from Carol Brass, .460 bore 5" bell Thin gold brass bell. Nickel Slides, screw style slide stops. This is really a great playing horn. Excellent valves and compression, slides are very smooth. Comes with the extra main tuning slide and valve caps. Original case also included. There has been a small dent removed near the rear bell brace. It was professionally done, you probably can't even tell in the pictures. If you look close in person though, there is some evidence. Other than that and some light surface scratches, this horn is excellent. No rot, ready to play. https://youtu.be/wgDEV4OUPMI

#3 1952 LA Olds Mendez. Production model Mendez started at 86,000, making this horn within the first 400 production Mendez horns ever made. It is solid and ready to play, no evidence of major repairs or damage. Triggers work great, valves work very well. The valves do show some plating loss, but they are still smooth and fast and compression is still good. I'm using hetman classic oil and will include a bottle. Comes with a hard case (non original) and factory warranty and shop cards. $1050 More pics available video available.

#4 Used 1969ish Selmer Radial Bb Trumpet. Great player, unique valve design. Maurice Andre allegedly helped design these horns. Valves are offset to ergonomically match the natural hand motion. It's a really great idea that didn't seem to catch on. This horn has finish wear, evidence of minor repairs/light dent removal, minor dings and scratches. Cosmetically, it is maybe 70%. Mechanically it is great. Valve plating is excellent, as is compression and action. Slide action is great. No red rot. The interior of the leadpipe is clean. No patches, cracks or holes. This horn has lots of playing left in it. Comes with a used soft gig bag and no other accessories. https://youtu.be/hyHKA3KIspg More pics available. $800

#5 Conn 80B Heritage Large Bore $600 - UMI Era Conn 80B Heritage. This is the large bore (.462) version. Really nice playing horn, excellent intermediate horn or backup horn for the pro player. I would be 100% comfortable taking this on gigs with my rock band or big band. Everything works as it should and it plays nice. It does have some silver wear, along with one spot of raw brass on the bell tail, see the pictures. Comes as pictured with the original case in excellent condition. No other accessories included. https://youtu.be/4D1J7-4GRyM

#6 Courtois Balanced Large Bore - $300 - This is a great trumpet for someone who has always wanted a Balanced (valves forward) designed trumpet but never wanted to spend the big bucks they normally sell for. Large Bore. It has seen some damage and repairs, but it still plays well. Great if you are going for that Harry James/early jazz sound. The bell rim has been damaged and shows cracks and ripples. There are other small dings on the horn. The 3rd piston shows some plating loss. Please view all the pictures and watch the video. Original case (slightly musty) and a new bottle of Hetman Classic Oil included. No other accessories included. If the cosmetics don't bother you, this is a good playing horn. The cracks in the bell rim are unfortunate, but do not really effect the way the horn plays. If you can live with them, save some money on this horn. Offers Considered and encouraged. https://youtu.be/WTQBJDFxvsk

#7 Used Yamaha YFL-231S silver plated flugelhorn. This flugelhorn plays well, but does have plenty of cosmetic wear. It has some silver plating loss, some dings/tarnish/scratches etc. Please view all pictures. It does have some evidence of repair work. All slides will pull, valve action is quite good. There is a bit of plating loss on the pistons, mainly #2, although valve action is still very good. The horn plays very well, just cleaned and serviced. If you can overlook the cosmetics, this is a great chance to snag a real Yamaha at a "Chinese imitation" price. Please view all pictures. Comes with original hard case and a yamaha mouthpiece. https://youtu.be/Y3g6_Hxhtm0 $500
